Well, I got at least some good news in a way from the dealer yesterday. One of the reasons I took it in was to let them inspect the brakes because I didn't think I was measuring them correctly and they said 6-7mm left so I'm good for a while. No need to deal with new brake stuff on top of whatever ends up happening with the hard top and the tires coming up.

Guess you'll find out this weekend if they fixed the leak.

Maybe. They said it's fixed, but last Friday the Chrysler rep suggested I not pay for the repair yet, so that means of course I can't pick it up and who knows how long this will take to resolve. I'm calling them tomorrow to see what's going on. Apparently the case rep that was supposed to work on it was out M-T and I guess apparently today since I still didn't get a call (got a call yesterday from another case rep to let me know). Dealer said they replaced both door seals, the seals at the top of the pillars, and the windshield header plus the foam kit on the hardtop panels. So basically there's not a lot left to replace. Now if I get Chrysler to cover it, I'm taking my $$$ and running lol. I'm hoping they'll cover at least part of it.

Well, got a reply on the case. They're covering $500 of it which is about 42%. I guess I'll take it. I know it started as a warranty repair but 2 years outside of warranty I guess I'm probably not going to get better unless I sued the old dealer which is under new management since the 1st and so that probably wouldn't happen and would be more trouble that it's worth at this point.
