Big difference, ain't it? You gunna through in a wide-chain kit while you got it apart?

Cool. How does you speedo pick up now? Is there a gear sleeve for the ne shaft?
All stock WJ for now since its a mostly DD.

This kit has electronic speedo instead of gear one. That's how they were able to make it super short

That's a huge difference!
2006 Rubicon, stock engine #2, stock transmission, stock T-case, stock axles, stock gears, stock diffs, springier springs, couple of random holes drilled, bits of scrap metal welded on with some junkyard parts thrown in for good measure.
