Labor day weekend wheeling?

Anyone have any plans? I'm going to be out with the family in the RV and trying to fit in one day of Jeeping. Right now thinking of shaver lake area .. maybe do bald mountain trail. Nothing solid yet. If you guys have any plans, let me know.

Well, there ain't much left up here that hasn't burned, so Central Sierras might be in my future too. Will the Yosemite fire affect that area?

They only had 1 full hookup site left so I grabbed it .. will be there Friday till Monday. Looks to be a good place. Only 1 more site left (without sewer). My site can accommodate 1 more vehicle and a tent. Any of you are welcome to stay with us. Now on to planning which trails to run and when. Going to ask Don (from Visalia) for his recommendation.

Doesn't that trail end up at a lookout tower? This trail is on my bucket list. 320 miles to get there, hmmm. Probably gonna miss this one buddy, with all that's been happening up here. Let us know how the campground was, and of course the trail. Pics please!

This is also on my bucket list and I like the idea of a 3 day trip. I'm just concerned about the crowds over this weekend. So right now I'm a maybe.
