Kenny, I have done this run. 3 years ago. We actually stayed in Ridgecrest the night before, and took off in the morning. Long drive to trail head from there though. It is a blast! You will love it. Wish I could make it. Still have technical trouble on jeep.
This actually death valley, but you are picking a good time to go. Not too hot. We went in the early spring and weather was good.

Sorry for the epic delay! We ended up not heading up there due to time constraints. Instead we just ended up putting around the desert and the Trona Pinnacles. That said, I still want to do this run when time permits and I can get a few other Norcal Jeep folk involved!

There's endless amounts of trails up that way that I was dying to divulge deeper into, but again.... you only go so far into the wilderness when you're alone and in unfamiliar territory.
