Gauging interest in doing a moderate snow trail run north of Angels Camp and/or north of Sonora January 1 and/or 2. No chains needed as we will turn around if the snow gets too deep.

Hmmm, I might be able to do the 2nd, but I'm in the Bay Area, so it might take me a bit to get up there. Are you going up 4?

For a summer run do you know of any other trails in the area you would recommend besides, Hollow, Slick and Deer?
