I've gotten a few of the milwaukee tools recently and they're awesome. IMO though, you want the brushless versions, way more kick for the same size and less weight, and you don't have brushes to burn up.

Do you already have dual batteries for the read welder?

I thought that kit was brushless, I guess it's 1000$ for the same kit brushless

Yes I have dual batteries.... I never bought the ready welder cause my buddy always had one but he moved away and
doesn't wheel anymore

I bought some cheap half doors for $60. ( I have a hard top, got the side doors for the wife just so it's not so drafty.)

The ready welder looks interesting, not sure on the bang for the buck, or the reliability of it.

You bring that shanty around and the whole neighborhood turns into a shanty town lol

I think that welder is what or similar to something we saw at Metal Cloak's Skillz Day last year at Prairie City OHV. It was a pretty cool setup I think based on the reactions some of the other guys here had to it. I could have been misreading their reactions there though and I haven't welded since a beginning class in HS with oxy/acetylene so I have no clue myself if it's actually any good. I'm guessing it's good enough for emergency trail repairs though.

Ive had my tie rod welded by one and watched my buddy weld his tjs rear trac bar mount and upper and lower control arm mounts back on after his rear axle basically fell off while going up 1000$ hill at rubicon afew years back. Very reliable and easy to use. I dunno about the quality of the welds it puts out but its gotten people off the trail and home afew times. Like i said i never got one cause he always had his...

As for the doors i will sell my hard doors when if i get full soft doors.
