Anyone here familiar with this park? I have two friends who want to test their vehicles' off-road features. One is a Subaru Forester, the other a Jeep Patriot. I've heard the 4x4 area at this park was fairly tame.
Thoughts?
Or perhaps any recommendations of fairly easy trails/parks about 1-2 hours away from the East Bay? I've thought about Frank Raines but that may not be the best place for their vehicles.

Hollister would have more to offer. PC is more of a dirt bike place with a small obstacle course area for 4x4's.

Yeah, I thought about Hollister. It's been a while since I was there. But I guess there are a few easy areas he could play around in. AND it's much closer to me in Oakland.

If we do go you're more than welcome. Just know that this probably won't be anything fancy. They will likely tool around for a little while and then we'll head home. Or, they could enjoy themselves enough to stay for a while. It's all up in the air right now.
