As the title says, it has been a while since I was last here. I haven't done much to my old j3000. Ran a few gallons of gas through her. Adjusted the carb just a tad so she idle a bit lower.
Buy I am super excited, my Axel swap happens by Tuesday. So I will be back to matching gears front and rear. So sweet. She might make it on a trail by the end of summer. Once that is done the eternal search for a windshield continues. But I am looking into replacing my leaf springs. No coils or coilovers but some new possibly lifted leaf springs. Anyone have any that would fit, they want to sell? I'm already in contact with ‘the leaf spring king .com". But who knows what that is goons cost.
Anyone heading to LA Grange for stuckfest next weekend 1/31-2/1. Or rumors muddfest is 1-3 weeks after that.
