Looking for some ideas

Postby Whiteyj1994 » Thu Jan 29, 2015 10:06 pm

I got a new meat grinder/ sausage stuffer a couple weeks ago for my birthday and have run out of ideas for ingredients . I've got 5 lbs of spicy Italian , 5 lbs sage BBQ , and 5 lbs bacon herb deer sausage ( my favorite so far). I've seen a few recipes online but I'm a little wary of the weird things I've seen and was hoping someone my have some experience I could learn from and/ or tweak for my families taste.

I'm quite partial to Montreal steak seasoning. Silly but it is a delicious peppery flavor good on anything.

I usually buy sausage that has some heat to it. Usually Jalapeno.
