Actually it is do-able. It is done via sonic welding.
Really hoping that this one goes well. Been looking forward to it. Cabin fever has been bad since the vision has been going in and out due to the MS. The nephew may be driving some. It will be a good learning experience for him so maybe I'll try to let him drive, if I can stand to do so.Started prepping the Jeep today. Vacuumed the seats due to the cat that my daughter left when she moved; it may not live much longer. I hate cats and there are a lot of coyotees, bob cats and mountain lions around here! I'm allergic and she sleeps in my seats! I washed the windows and emptied the leaves and such. I also started checking that I had u-joints, grease and the tools to change them. Some general tools, fluids, vacume line and stuff I like to have on hand just in case. trying to figure out how to carry some spare gas as the cans the carriers are built for cant be replaced and the ones I had have rusted out. Friggin PRK has to ruin everything that worked! I'll have to make sure that the new bumpers have carriers for the NATO style cans I guess. Those "Roto Packs" don't hold near enough.
My nephew that is coming has never camped in a dry environment. Ought to be fun to watch him deal. He is a computer tech for the county. This will be out of his normal comfort zone.
Gonna bring a six pack of my home brew hard cider unless there is more interest and then I may bring a 12er. That is all of this batch left though so if I bring it that is all there will be, let me know, I am more than good with bringing either, got another one started! Can't wait been to long since I was out with the group. I have been missing it.
