If the axle is straight just put new mounts on it. Super quick and easy. (Cheap too)

If you got the caps for a selectable locker, do it! I'll be freshening up my LSD clutches when I re-gear, but that's only due to lack of caps!

2006 Rubicon, stock engine #2, stock transmission, stock T-case, stock axles, stock gears, stock diffs, springier springs, couple of random holes drilled, bits of scrap metal welded on with some junkyard parts thrown in for good measure.
