If I knew the area I would offer to lead lol but as it stands we would end up very likely lost. through with all the rain and snow that has come down I am pretty sure this would be a fun challenging run

Not too many ways to get lost up there, just one dirt road that goes to the top, there aren't any side trails to explore. I would go, but I have an auction to go to that day

Saturday's forecast is for afternoon rain but its supposed to straight dump rain all day and night friday. I would lead but we all know how that went, also CB is still on fritz.

Would they close the road going up due to rain?

Well I'm out, looks like the insurance adjuster coming to look at our roof won't be here until Saturday. Figuring out where water gets in when it's raining AND super windy at the same time (doesn't leak with no wind) is kind of important

Id be in Tahoe but I've got both kiddos ........[FACE WITH TEARS OF JOY].....that's means my wife has to march in the pouring rain.
