Experiance National wheel n tire with me...

I ordered 5 eaton beadlocks with a custom backspacing on aprl 24th. I was told 3 to 4 weeks due to the backspacing

On the 5th week i sent an email to the guy i placed the order with and did not recieve a reply

At the end of the 5th week, may 29th i called and asked the status of my order and was told there was a note in my file on may 12th the wheels had been recieved by national tire from the manufactures and 1 of the 5 wheels did not pass inspection and was returned to the manufacturer. I was not contacted about this. I then asked when the expected dilevery date would be and the guy put me on hold for 5 min and then told me they have the wheel back from the manufacturer but i should not to expect delivery until the 5th! Another week.

Its the 5th what do you think will happen here?



Possible outcomes -

I get my wheels tday

I get my wheels tmro

Iget my wheels tmro and theyre junk

I dont get my wheels tmro and i get my money back

They didn't give you a tracking number? If not, then the last option would be my guess.

Northridge 4x4 has a 7day return policy so if yer building a jeep and need to return unused unopened parts be prepared to get it in the butt

First call i was transferred after i told my story and hung up on

Second call i was told the bad wheel has not been recieved and i can get a full refund put on hold and hung up on


3rd call i was told after i was hung up on i was refunded via the card i purchased with but could not be given any kind of confirmation....

I recieved an email verifying the refund but no evidence of the transaction on my banks end yet but thats understandable


I was very polite throughout this whole experiance. I never asked for anything other than answers to questions about my purchase and i was never offered any explanation or reason to continue with the purchase.

Time to start all over, what a waste of two months
